Sogility: Building Safe, Technology Driven Soccer Communities Across the United States

Sogility was founded with a simple but ambitious idea: create a modern soccer training environment that blends innovation, engagement and community.
What began as a single technology driven facility has now expanded to six locations across the United States, with two additional sites planned for 2026, bringing the total to eight locations nationwide.

ESA technology became a core pillar of that vision, helping Sogility build an environment where technical development, decision making and measurable progress come together.

The Context
Youth sports in the United States are evolving rapidly. Players are becoming bigger, faster and stronger. However, physical development does not always translate into technical sharpness or decision-making quality.
That gap is where Sogility saw opportunity.
At the same time, children today are surrounded by digital stimulation and screen based entertainment. Traditional training models struggle to compete with that reality.
Parents are seeking safe and structured environments where their children can develop physically and mentally. Communities want places where young athletes can train with purpose rather than spending time unengaged.
Sogility needed a model that could:
• Compete with digital attention spans
• Improve technical and cognitive performance
• Offer a safe community space
• Combine fun with high performance standards

The Solution
Sogility built a fully integrated indoor training ecosystem powered by ESA technology.
The facility offers six different training pillars, including athlete development, skills classes and a dedicated Technical Soccer Zone built entirely around ESA products.
The zone features the ICON Q, Fast Feet V2 ICON 6m, Fast Feet, ICON 4m, The Cube and the Wireless Circuit.
Players can complete 300 to 500 touches within a 30-minute session while receiving instant feedback through leaderboards and real-time scoring.
ESA Technology is simple to operate.
“I have two and three-year-olds kids that can work the equipment,” Jimmy Carson adds.
Setup is intuitive, game modes can be adjusted via tablet, and sessions can be standardised to ensure consistency. Durability also plays a role. “We bought the equipment four and a half years ago. It’s the same equipment on the floor.”

The Community Impact
Beyond performance, Sogility positions itself as a safe and structured environment within the local community.
Parents know their children are active, supervised and engaged. Instead of sitting on a couch interacting with technology passively, players are moving, competing and working hard while still engaging with interactive systems.
“Parents want to know there’s a safe place for their kids to go,” Jimmy explains. “We want to be that soccer community within the local community.”
Young players can train on the same technology used by Manchester City, Barcelona and other elite environments.
“To think as a six or seven year old you can train on the same kind of equipment as world class players, that’s exciting.”
As soccer continues to grow in the United States, facilities like Sogility represent a new model of development. By combining world class technology with community driven values, Sogility is not only building better players. It is building environments where young athletes feel safe, motivated and inspired.
And as Jimmy puts it, “Train different. Get better.”
