Terms & Conditions for the Giveaway:
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all participants aged 18 and over. Employees of Elite Skills Arena, their immediate families, and anyone directly connected with the organisation are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must leave a Google Review for Elite Skills Arena before 11:59 PM on September 30, 2024. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of reviews submitted. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. Prize: The prize bundle includes:
- One (1) 2024/25 Premier League Shirt of the winner's choice, complete with Player Name, Number, and Patches.
- One (1) Official 2024/25 Premier League Ball.
- One (1) £100 Amazon Gift Card.
- One (1) copy of EA Sports FC 25 for either Xbox Series X|S or PS5 (platform to be chosen by the winner).
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The draw will take place on October 1, 2024.
5. Notification: The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Google Review within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Elite Skills Arena reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner within 30 days of receiving their confirmation and preferred prize choices.
7. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
8. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Privacy: Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Modification: Elite Skills Arena reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for reasons beyond its control.
11. Disqualification: Any entry deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
12. Liability: Elite Skills Arena is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other problems that may affect participation in this giveaway.
13. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
